Fujifilm – Holly Springs

• Stage 3 sales process

• Legal is currently reviewing Partnership agreement.

• Launch goal is late November if agreement does not get held up.

• Will launch with 2 vehicles.

Duke Energy – Raleigh/Charlotte

• Stage 3 sales process

• Leadership in Charlotte has partnership agreement under review

• We currently have 8 vans on rent in the Charlotte market.

• Once we have a signed agreement, we will be able to implement it in Raleigh.

Garner VA

• Extension of Durham VA

• Point of contact projects 5-6 vans.

• Awaiting a POC for on site

• Launch early 2026

Fort Bragg

• Met with new POC

• 1 new GoTriangle van In August delivered

• Transerv delay with government shutdown

NCEPA

• On site event requested for September.

• Mid funding period.

• New FY starts October 1.

Pilgrim’s Pride – Sanford

• 2 -3 GoTriangle deliveries by end of calendar year.

• Driver qualifications continue to be a challenge due to immigrant and refugee workforce.
