June Meeting Notes:

• Pfizer- Monthly touch base meeting. In addition, 1 new van will be pending in July.

• Caterpillar – Sanford- fact find in June. Leadership presentation on July 22nd and VP to address extreme parking challenges.

• NIEHS/NIH- awaiting Transerv cards for interested participants. The funding was established for FY26 and one van pending August delivery.

•NCEPA- Resubmitting for Transerv FY26 in September and employees paying OOP. One new group formed and may combine with NIH for August.

•Garner VA met with Phil Walker and the site will not be staffed until June. Extension of Durham VA. The Point of contact projects 5-6 vans.

•Federal Bureau of Prisons: One commute connection meeting with new group and new delivery for July 17th
