January TDM Notes

Duke Energy – Raleigh/Charlotte: Awaiting contract Red lines from Duke – Charlotte.

Federal Bureau of Prisons: On site event requested. 1 new delivery completed in January and 2 new deliveries scheduled for February.

Fort Bragg: Funding is back in place! First delivery is going on site in February (pending government shutdown).

Garner VA: Worksite is an extension of the Durham VA. POC established and projects 5-6 vans. On site events requested for January with potential launch early 2026.

NCEPA: Funding not established for 2026. Group 1 requested larger vehicle instead of second delivery.

UNC Health: Stage 1 of Sales cycle completed in January. Currently awaiting financial considerations from Hospital Leadership.
